Terms of Use
Last updated: August 16, 2026
By downloading or using PixCarry, you agree to these terms. This page is also the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the app.
The service
PixCarry is a utility app that transfers photos and videos from your device to a storage destination you choose and control. We do not host your data and have no access to it. How well the app works depends on the destination you configure, your network, and Apple's background-execution rules for iOS apps, which we do not control.
PixCarry Plus subscriptions
PixCarry transfers photos only with an active PixCarry Plus subscription or the lifetime purchase. Plans and prices (US App Store; local prices vary by region and are always shown in the app before you buy):
- Weekly — $2.99, renews every week.
- Monthly — $4.99, renews every month.
- Yearly — $29.99, renews every year.
- Lifetime — $59.99, a one-time purchase that does not renew.
New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, the unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use PixCarry to transfer content you do not have the right to transfer, or for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the storage destination you choose, for the credentials you enter, and for the data you place there.
Your data and your backups
PixCarry never deletes a photo from your device on its own. It only removes originals when you explicitly ask it to, after it has confirmed the upload succeeded, and iOS asks you to confirm as well. Even so, a backup you have not verified is not a backup: check your destination before relying on it, and keep more than one copy of anything you cannot lose.
No warranty
PixCarry is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not guarantee that transfers will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that a destination will remain reachable or keep your files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
Apple
This agreement is between you and PixCarry only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for PixCarry. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
Termination
You may stop using PixCarry at any time by deleting it, which also removes its local records and stored credentials from your device. We may suspend the service if required by law or by Apple.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
